Never buy from Rochester again

I have had the worst experience at Rochester Clearwater and I really wish I had visited Hellopeter before doing business with them. From what I can tell from other reviewers who have had a similar issue, no response has been made by the business.

I bought a couch in May and the day it was supposed to be delivered, 8 weeks later, I get a call an overly fami**** call centre agent letting me know that that the couch would not be delivered afterall. No excuses were given. After following up with the store, I was told that the couch had gone missing from the warehouse and that I should wait an additional week for them to locate it. I waited a week but when I didnt get a call I contacted the store and they said there is nothing they can do and that I should start the process of getting a refund. I had to go back to the store to fill in forms for a refund - its been seven days and still no refund.

I am quite frustrated at this point and disheartened as it seems nobody is even interested in assisting with this issue.
