NEVER BUY FROM ROCHESTER

I have never been so frustrated in my life. Buying from Rochester will remain the worst mistake ever made in life. I bought a dining set worth R22 490.00 and it was unfortunate I did not like it and I arranged for return. The set was collected and it was still sealed, never used. For more than a week I have been calling for my refund for Rochester to only refund me R10k with no communication or whatsoever, now I have been calling everyday for the remainder of the refund and all I get is that my ticked has been escalated. Anyone, who has gotten their money back, please share tips on how you were able to retrieve your money.
