Nelspruit Rochester worst customer service ever

Did a lay-by in Rochester Nelspruit, paid off the lay-by and come collection time, the Bed is no where to be found...guess what, allegedly the staff stole the bed and now they are busy telling me about investigations...what does their investigation has to do with the customer when it's very clear that their staff has ****** the bed

Can I have the bed or a refund and go buy somewhere else as it is clear that ya'll don't know what customer service is. Deal with with your internal issues on your own it has nothing to do with the customer

This is my last purchase from that shop. NEVER again am I setting my foot near that shop
