i have purchased a dinning table from Rochester, wood mead and it started cracking down within months. then I have booked it back in December 2019. This company so negligent. till date I have never get my Dinning Table back or refund from them. I am deprived of using Dinning Table since last December having paid 16000 rands for it. It is a big mistake. Big No for Rochester. Wasted money and time. Quality is also not like before. Very Poor Customer Service. we are tired of going around them. Show Room simply say call the Ware House. when ever we try to call ware house, they never pick up the calls. disgusting experience. Never Again with these guys. All the best..
