Need my money back

This will be the 5th report complaining about poor quality of the same couches, last week Monday received a call from the Warehouse informing me that they were returning the couches that they took for re-work and on Wednesday the 14th October 2015 they came to deliver but as they were offloading the driver had to load them again as one of the couches was broken. These couches were collected a month back to be repaired but couldn't even be offloaded from the truck, I wasn't home and no one bothered to call from Rochester only saw on Saturday that the couches are still not back, its clear that these couches are of poor quality and rather I be refunded my money back.
