My Rochester Home Decor Nightmare won’t end

I have never had such a horrid online experience. Sales person was Dereck Radzokota never answers emails or his phone. He’d go on leave and not have an out of office.

Every time I need a response from Dereck Radzokota I’d have to lay a complaint and because those get resolved within 24 hrs someone would reach out after those 24 hrs to tell me he is on leave that’s why he is not responding to anything.

Currently my account has been overpaid, I discussed refund with Dereck on the 28th of December I’ve been emailing and calling since that day to get an understanding of when I’ll receive my money.

Dereck is nowhere to be found again so I have to lay another complaint, DM their Instagram account or their Twitter account just to get a response. They all can’t help me now, I’ve called 10 different numbers trying to get to the correct person to assist me. I also tried the only chat which left me speechless when I told them the numbers they have provided are all not able to help.

My worst mistake ever ordering from Rochester. Zero professionalism. Zero accountability.

I’m an so frustrated with their service.
