I went to Rochester on 26 August bought a couch it has a factory fault I have released that in 8 days they have delivered I call them to complain they sad to me they can only exchange the couch within 7 days so the only thing fixed how can you fixed a new couch has 8 days of which the consultant didn't not explain terms and conditions because that fault on the couch it's hidden no one can see it its not visible the material was short ten on the cou ch the one they were doing it
