Most disgusting service ever

The one start I gave Rochester is really because I can’t submit my review without a single start but otherwise they have the MOST pathetic service ever. Honestly I have never encountered such poor customer service in my life. I ordered a headboard a week ago and paid for delivery which is 3-5 days. It’s currently a Saturday , and the order is not here. They are unreachable on the phone. I no longer want your headboard just cancel the order and return my money
