Money Shortage

I have made a complaint about Rochester and what came to my surprise is the shortage on my money, I paid R450 for Master guard to my surprise they paid me back R377.28. When I asked Nobom their woman in finance she never explained to me only she kept on saying was she is going to ask her Regional manager. Does it have to be like that? Remember I paid them cash no installments and I was the one who was always asking them for my money I guess I was supposed to charge them for doing their job. Very disappointed Rochester South Africa. Not even a single phone call from your office but me as a customer I don't know whether I have made a mistake by asking my money back or for making a purchase.
