Missing Funds

I went to pay for my account at Rochester Wonder park on January the 26th 2021. Until now the money hasn't been "located". I have sent numerous emails with the proof of the transaction, to date I still haven't received help. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone from the JDG Group would get back to me.
