Misrepresentation of warranty by Rochester

I am so unhappy,

Customer service is failing me, i have bought couches from Rochester about three to four years ago. According to the agreement they have a 3 year warranty on the leather and 5 years on the frame of the couches. The frames of the couches are broken and they are still under warranty but for some reason, i am taken from pillar to post when they are supposed to come and fix them. I can see that they are trying to push for the warranty to expire.

They are not giving their customers what they promise on purchase and worse on contractual obligations. I am so tired of this but frankly i will never set foot in any of their stores, ever.
