Misled by Rochester Staff at Kolonade Retail Park

Hello Peter,

On 17 January 2022, I bought a study desk and chair at Rochester Kolonade Retail Park.

I was misled and incurred unnecessary costs.

I was misled by their staff, I was told that if I pay for delivery, my desk and chair will be set up and after 1-2 days my stuff will be delivered.

Today, skynet delivered my parcel and now I have to set up my own desk and chair.

I could have avoided all of this and bought these stuff at the warehouse directly.
