Messed door and wall paint

We bought a couch around February this year and when they delivered our couch they messed with our door and wall paint because they came with the couch already assembled. We have been trying to communicate with them to come and fix our paint and when they came they painted with a different paint and we informed them and they said they will come and until to date nothing has been done and the guy who came to paint is just ignoring our WhatsApp. I am Nocawe we are based in East London (Gonubie) and we bought our couch at Rochester in Hemmingsway.
