Master guard

I purchased couches for R10 000 cash and I was told to pay for a master guard and I paid it but on delivery couches had no master guard i was told the person responsible is not at work and on Monday I was told it finished, then i decided to buy it myself and now they never paid me back my R450. And when I asked for my money the sales people never gave me a straight answer until Jaco a manager gave me a cancellation form. Until today I never received my money.
