Mariposa Bed broken within 2 months

I bought a sleigh base (Mariposa Bed) on the 21st of September worth R12169. 57 at Rochester in Clearwater, they delivered it and installed it. Within 2 months it was broken and I went and reported it on the 17th of December and a complaint was open for me and I have been following up with this query with no joy. I sleep on a broken bed when I call the numbers I was provided with (O11 *** Ntombi/ Kaylond/Yvonne O’Neil ***) there's no answer.

I am so exhausted with following up on this query... I want an exchange or my money back I can spend so much money on a bed that didn't even last at all.
