Mall @ Carnival- Rude manager and bad service

<p>Bad service at Rochester Carnival mall, the manager HERCULES GROVE his very rude and has bad attitude towards customers I went there to find out about my delivery and in order for him to resolve my issue he just became a monster and didn’t resolve my issue. All I need is to find out on when they can delivery all my orders that I have paid for and in full, I am not owing them. this guy is rude and doesn’t deserve to be a manager where he has to deal with customers he doesn’t treat his customers fairly. I just hate the facts that I bought furniture from them.</p> <p> </p>
