******** - Makes me sick that they get away with this

If i could give a 0 star i would. These people are honestly so dishonest its sickening.

I bought a couch on the 29th November 2025. Got a confirmation email that stated the confirm my order and that i will be notified when delivery will happen. Got the message that said delivery is the 2d of December.

The 1sts of December they email me stating that the price was wrong on my side. And that the payment will be reversed. Completely un lawful accordingly to the consumer act of South Africa. Even Rochester's T&C’s state that they cannot change the value after delivery date has been made. Going against there own policy’s as well. How? I mean How do they treat there customers like this? I have saved for a couch and finally in budget and they do this?

Sicking honestly. I urge everyone to be so weary to buy from them ever again. I mean we are the few that actually take the time to warn others. How many more are being treated like this?
