Lugano Cloud Daybed

I bought a few items from Rochester Randburg on 15/072015 and paid cash.<br> I was helped by a guy by the name of Mike. I requested for the delivery of all my itemd to be done on Sat the 25/07/2015. I called on friday the 24th to confiem the delivery time and asked Mike to arrange for my delivery to take place before 13:00 and he promisec that he will make all the necessary arrangements. I waitec and waited and at about 13:45 I called the branch to speak to the branch manager and the guy who called himself the manager made an excuss about the loadshedding which I aske him as to what does loadshedding have anything to do with the late delivery, and he could not respond... I waited and waited and eventually my goods were delivered at at about 15
