Low Quality Couches

<p>I brought two 2-seater couches in 2016 from Rochester Clearwater and from February 2017 they started peeling off and losing shape. I then contacted the store then I was invited to come in complete some forms on the 10 March. It has been more than 9 days since submitting the forms and I still haven't received any assistance, whenever I call the store the service assistance cut my call short and promise to get back to me which they don't. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im current using couches which are peeling off and uncomfortable as they are loosing the shape. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can you kindly assist me. </p>
