Low qualify furniture

My husband bought a couch and under the coach the wood looked broken but we didn’t mind. First sit, it made wood noise. I was concerned, to this day when you sit on the couch you can feel the wood at back. I am puzzled because this is not a 5k product which I would understand but a 20k couch. I will never invest my hard earned money on this expensive furniture stores.
