Lloyd Sibanda is a **** has no respect!!!

I purchased a couch at your Woodmead store on Thursday morning and was told it would be transferred to your Roodepoort branch which is nearest to my home. I had initially asked that it be transferred to Southgate but was informed that it's not possible. Couldn't get my couch on Friday and was informed that the couch was transferred to Woodmead on Saturday. Lloyd then arranged for it to be collected from Southgate on Sunday, when I called Mr Mazibuko (Southgate) he then informed me that there won't be any deliveries today and there's nothing scheduled for my couch to be delivered there. I have been sent from pillar to post. I'm disgusted by the service that I was given. Have been in contact with Lloyd who is a **** he kept making promises which he couldn't keep, he ended up not answering ny calls. I have never been treated like this when buying from Coricraft or any other furniture store, I would never recommend this store to anyone. May I have a refund as I'm unable to collect the couch myself or can someone get it delivered to me. I would've appreciated it if Lloyd told us the truth rather feeding us lies over and over again. I'm so disguised. Rochester is one messed up store.
