Lies, lies and more lies at Rochester Clearwater.

I am super disappointed in the lack of service and incompetency of the staff at the Clearwater branch. The branch manager, Lydia , is totally *********** of running the branch and only gives you answers to keep you happy instead of telling the truth. This goes for the rest of her staff as well. One of the sales people even admitted to me that he only deals with cash customers as it is to much of a hassle to deal with his own finance department. Don't even try and call HO as nobody answers the phones.
