Lies And Deceit

On the 25th of November my partner and I went to your Maponya mall branch to purchase a couch. We then saw a classy TV stand and coffee table set and decided to buy that too. We were made aware that the table had a minor dent which we didn't mind because it was not hidden from us. Saturday the 26th, we received our furniture and we were happy. Upon unpacking the TV stand we realized that one wheel of the sliding cabinet door was broken and I said it's cool, it's a minor dent we could easily get that fixed. Fast foward to mid-week both doors are almost falling off including the sliding door track. We are actually disgusted by the dishonesty of the staff who sold us this. They were able to tell us about the table because it is visible and chose to lie about the stand - what were they hoping to achieve? It makes one wonder !!! Don't treat paying customers like trash, It doesn't matter who they are. We came to you because we wanted quality furniture, give us what we paid for. If you think we will keep quiet and let this slide, think again. Come get your ****ty stand and bring us a proper one. We are NOT paying for transportation. You already ripped us off by making us pay R1200 for transporting furniture from Maponya to Protea and claimed it was from head office in Pretoria. ******!!
