Leather couch cracked in 2 years of purchase

Hello! I purchased an alpine leather couch at Rochester witbank in 2012 worth almost R30k. The couch started cracking on the sides in 2014, I reported the matter as it was I bought it in n extended warranty of 5 years, Rochester kept making promises of collecting the couch but only did so this year in March. It's been over 3 months now my couch is still with their supplier whom now claims my couch is out of warranty and I need to pay for the repairs. I have been calling almost everyday speaking to Ronald their salesperson but everyday he has a different story. I don't have my couch and am so heart broken because I don't know what should I do now for Rochester to return my couch of give me another couch that doesn't tear or cracking. They have taken my understanding for granted and they still continuing by expecting me to pay for their repairs. How can leather tear or crack in 2 years of purchase. Please help me, I have now lost hope that Rochester will ever resolve this issue , I have lost hope with this furniture company.
