LAY-BYE REFUND

Submitted a cancellation for lay-bye because covid being a contributor I couldn’t afford to finish off the payment Brought in my documents on the 24th of February that were requested to obtain my refund Was told I would be refunded in 14 days Fast forward after 2 weeks on the 11th of March I call to check the status of the refund then I'm being told there was nothing submitted So the call center Consultant submits a complaint & said my request for refund was now submitted Today is the 8th of April GUYS , 28 days since they submitted my laybye refund claim , 43 days since I went to the store physically to drop the documents Even Rochester employees are shocked that I haven’t received my money yet WHAT IS GOING ON ROCHESTER????
