Lay-by refund

They don't even deserve the 1 star ⭐ that I am giving them , they sucks in terms of customer service. I made a lay-by for couches but now in black Friday my husband bought me new ones so I decided to cancel my lay-by since I am no longer needed them so I send the email to the store that I made the lay-by to so they told me to wait 7 working days but it has been passed no one bothers to call me to advise me what is the hold up about my money.
