Late delivery on a weekend at 11pm and furniture scratched...

I waited so long for Black Friday only to realised it was worse specials. Shouldve went to Coricraft!!!

The salesman from Mall@reds was an awesome guy and took me through and did my transaction nicely.

The big flop came when the driver called unexpectedly on Saturday night (30 November) at 630pm to say hes leaving the arehouse and should arrive at 830pm. My wife who could not contain her excitement was happy to receive it by 830pm. We were out for supper to celebrate my Birthday and my wife stressing that we wont make it back home for the delivery.

Guess what the delivery came just before 11pm!!!! Even the CEO of Rochester would not be expecting the delviery at 11pm on a damn Saturday night.

They installed my bedroom furniture and left *****s on my bed, which was the 2nd ***** that was not installed on my furniture. I also found a scratch and dent on top. It may be small but to be its a darn big flop.

Prefer coricraft who will sms you on delivery times and do a post customer service.

Big down to my 1st purchase at Rochester!!!
