Lack of action

Received the order that the people delivering were supposed to assemble but didn't. I opened the wrapping only to find out that the item was chipped. Requested a replacement.

It's been a week and no one is telling me when it's going to be replaced! The item is just sitting in my lounge are taking up space. It's a massive TV stand and I don't know where else to put it.
