Kaak... service ever.

I bought a couch last year September from Rochester in Emalahleni. That couch is damaged, I've logged the complain(REF:RO-GOMM-***) on 12 Jan 2022. I've been waiting for the couch to be collected for repair since then... I was told some deliver guys will call me for arrangements... Nobody called me until today. I am very disappointed. Your service kaak.
