JD GROUP and rochester bad customer service and support

Trying for 2 months to exchange a brand new couch that was damaged by them in the warehouse. No reply from warehouse and the branch. Every week calls to them and nothing. Branch is on William Moffett in port Elizabeth. Warehouse house is J D group customer liaison center in green bushes in Port Elizabeth
