JD Group and Rochester

Worst Experience. Order 2 Arm chairs online, paid the full amount and they only delivered 1 of the chairs. Waited a month for the second chair to be delivered, and nothing. Now i have requested a refund, another month has passed with zero communication from Rochester. They refuse to acknowledge in any written form that i am entitled to a refund, ********* in fancy suits!!!
