JD group and Rocbester Neslpruit are ********!!!!

So my husband and I bought two charlie town couches one corner and one single. It happens that we opted to collect the items ourselves from their warehouse the JD group in Karino because the delivery costs were just ridiculous given our distance from Karino. So we collected the couches mind you they are w****d in plastics and after the plastics there's sacks covering the couches. We checked if we were given the right items and they checked ✔ but to our surprise when we open the couches at home the sofa cushion for the single couch was missing... we called rochester the put a complaint on JD group and we had to follow up with them all the time, only to find out after more than a month of calling them that apparently we have to pay R1700 for the sofa cushion as it was not delivered by them but we collected it ourselves that's what DENE the call center lady said. This is uncalled for wish consumer protection ambassador could help us because this JD group want to reap us off any guidance or help will be highly appreciated.
