Items Not Arriving | Customer Service Clueless

Rochester's customer service and delivery is absolutely bad. I won't recommend them to any of my friend or other businesses. They're clueless and rude.

First of all, I went to have a look at two items at their store is Bayside Mall. Their staff hangs around, but no one assists you. Only the guys from the tech side tried to assist, but obviously the Rochester side isn't their department.

When I placed an order online (27 November), it all went smoothly. I got an SMS in the evening, that my items will be delivered on Sunday, the 30th of November. I waited all day for it to not arrive. When I got hold of customer service, they said "oh, then that was an error" and that I will get an SMS from courier to say that it will arrive. It still hasn't arrived and it's 6 business days later.

When I try to speak to customer service, they literally have no idea where my items are or when it will arrive. They make you feel in the dark with their lack of knowledge on the process.

I'm probably just going to try my best to cancel the order, because this is just ridiculous.
