Inconvenience due to late delivery of furniture and faulty parts

On the 31st of January 2018 I visited Rochester Furniture Centurion Lakeside Mall.

I purchased a bed set with a mattress. Delivery date was set for the next day the 1st of February 2018. My furniture was not delivered.

On Friday, 2 February 2018, the bed set was delivered with faulty *****s NO mattress.

They returned on Saturday, 3 February 2018, still NO mattress.

After contacting them on Monday, 5 February 2018 (I spoke with Ismael) I was promised that the mattress will be delivered that same day.

I only received the mattress on Wednesday, 7 February 2018.

I am not satisfied with the after sales service received.
