Incomplete Order & Pathetic Service.

Very bad and unprofessional service from Rochester online.

Placed an order on 23rd of August 2020.. Order was supposed to be delivered on 9th of September after waiting 16 days..

On delivery day the courier company contacts me to say that my order is incomplete and they won’t deliver it..

Contacted Rochester head office and they just say the warehouse is out of stock of the remaining components and I must lay a complaint and wait..

Don’t ever use Rochester Online... I certainly won’t use them again.
