Incompetence, Lies and Give Me My Refund

I am so dissapointed with this entire circus. I was sold a lounge suite at the Cornubia store by Lollo the sales agent. Turns out, the suite has a factory fault and the warehouse won't dispatch it. Fair, I don't want a damaged good. However, they are refusing to refund me my money. Secondly, it took my pushing and constant phone calls to the store to even find out why delivery wasn't taking place. To date, I was promised the Regional Manager would get back to me (since the 18 December) and I have recieved no feedback nor apology for this incompetence. I am so extremely inconvenienced aa they're withholding my money and I cannot make any alternative arrangements. My son must spend Christmas sitting on the floor. This service is inhumane, extremely discriminatory and disgusting really to especially treat female customers in this regard.
