INCOMPETENCE, AWFUL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE

<p>The salesperson, Max, has not honoured any agreements and was absent at work when I called and asked for feedback on the cancellation I had made. Very rude and disrespectful alleged manager JACO told me that it's not his responsibility, he doesnt work for me, im acting like a child and I should not tell him what to do. He hung up on me several times and raised his voice at me after throwing insults on insults. Im appalled and disgusted at this **** service. And he needs to be demoted from his position of authority! </p>
