Incompetence

I purchased the Mariposa bedroom suite which was delivered on the 1st of July with a mattress that was an extra length and therefore could not fit on the base. Today is the 19th of July and I still do not have the mattress even after being promised that they will certainly deliver a correct size mattress.

Expensive furniture, both the service is horrible!
