In complete order delivered

I bought a TV floating stand. 22 March 2025 at Thohoyandou Thavhani Rochester and they delivered an incomplete package and I cannot assemble it. I have been doing follow ups but no response. I even called the head office and they just gave me a reference number 1001**6120.
