Impressed with service

Fiona was very helpful while we were in store and explained that as the bed that we wanted was a very popular special offer we might have to wait 2 weeks for delivery. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call from her 3 days later to say that they had received stock and we got our lovely new bed delivered 2 days later as promised. Delivery staff (Tumi) were also very professional and helpful. Thank you. Not often that you get good service these days.
