Imcompetence from Rochester

I have an account with Rochester and not once have I received good service from their accounts department, firstly my credit record is messed up due to duplicate accounts that was created under my name now I'm trying to get a simple detailed statement from them no one seem to know how to send me a statement. The call Centre agents don't know what they're doing, the only thing you get from them is "I don't know but I can send another request for you"...I can't get a home loan due their incompetence. I will never do business with them and do not recommend anyone to do business with them not unless you want your ITC/Credit record to be dent.
