Do not buy from Rochester. 4months later after so many calls, emails and complaints reference number, I got hold of Sameer Fakir, who then got Dereck Radzokota who was supposed to be handlingy case but continuously ignored my as well as call centre agents request to give me feedback. He called me within a day of Sameer promising to get to the bottom of the complaint, he just simy said he was too busy that he never got to reador see my email and never got any messages to call me, with no courtesy at all in his voice. Buy from Rochester at your own risk, they don't deliver and getting your money back is a mission.
