I WILL NOT recommend Rochester Clearwater

Rochester Clearwater's service is very very bad and I wouldn't recommend them. We as customers had to call everyday to find out about our application to buy couches. Yesterday we went to the branch and still no help, we called again today, it is more than a week now. They need to get training on customer service. And even Headoffice's service is very bad. I will take my business else where and will not recommend them to anyone.
