I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND MY MONEY AGAIN AT ROCHESTER FURNITURE STORE

I will never spend my money at Rochester Furniture Maponya Mall ever again . On Saturday 23rd May 2020 I bought couches and was promised that delivery will take place on Monday or Tuesday. On Monday I received a call from warehouse and they said on Wednesday. Wednesday came and wrong set of couches were delivered, we sent the couches back to the warehouse and called the Rochester store in Maponya and they advised me not to sign and never accept the furniture, that I must tell the driver to take everything back and to bring me the order on the same day. I thought it will happen as it was around 10am when they came. The driver told me to call the warehouse manager by the name of Evidence who will make sure my order will be delivered again on the same day . But to my disappointment the manager said it was impossible to deliver again on Wednesday but will try for Thursday . Thursday came and I was given a story , she said she only received the papers from the driver only in the morning and she apologised and said definitely I will get them on Friday. Came Friday and another story was told to me , the warehouse manager said they are waiting for the store to send a delivery number as it was canceled when the driver dropped off the couches. The store called me at 12pm and said they have sent the warehouse the delivery number. I called the warehouse at 3pm to find out what time will the couches arrive and the warehouse said they have not received the delivery number. At 16h00 both the warehouse and the store closes. I received such an excellent service when I was buying the couches and since after that it’s been so disappointing. The whole day the two outlets have been playing me like a ping-pong ball. Its my first time buying furniture at Rochester and it will definitely be my last time ever . Thank You Portia, Helen and Evidence for the worst , incompetence unprofessional service I have ever received in my life. The good mood and the excitement of getting new couches have left me and I am only left with a bitter sour taste and feeling of being made to feel like a fool by you. You have lost a customer in me . I will be sending this review to all social media platforms so people will know what type of a service you will get from Rochester Maponya Mall and their warehouse. I am so disappointed!!!
