I want my money back

I am not happy with Rochester Carnival Mall, I did my lay-by January 2020 and I over paid them, now I am struggling with my R2900 refund, they dont call to give update. I always call them to find out what's happening and I am always getting excuses, at first they said they are waiting for my order to clear on my account, I waited and after 2 weeks i called them and they said my order is not clearing. Today when I called they said my bank account is not clear,what if I didn't call them? I was not gonna know what's happening, it is more that 4 weeks now and still no refund.I am very disappointed and I wish I never went to buy from them because of their service ...I amZanele Sakidi .***
