I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!

<p>I Buaght a base and mattress "Cash" at Rochester Funiture Betworth Centre Vanderbijlpark on the 28th of April 2017 and it is today the 16th May 2017 and I am still waiting for them to deliver my base and mattress.</p> <p> </p> <p>I followed up 7 times in the last week and this was the response I got:</p> <p>First Call: The base and mattress are in the warehouse and the sales rep is on leave so no one could assist.</p> <p>Second Call: They miss placed my bed in the warehouse.</p> <p>Third Call: The Supplier has not yet deliverd the base and mattress to their warehouse.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now 2 weeks and 2 days later Still no Call or response from the branch or Head Office.</p> <p> </p> <p>I filed 2 complaints and still no feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never buy any products from any Rochester branch or advise anyone to ever buy there as now they waisted 2 weeks of my time and money trying to resolve the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been sleeping on the floor for the last 2 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money back and the intrest they got from banking my hard earned Cash.</p>
