I WANT MY MONEY BAC****

I will never,ever,ever purchase anything from rochester ,I work ****** hard for my money ,bought a couch in May end of June it started to say,I complained to the sales consultant then after 3 weeks told me his bosses say the fault is with the manufacturer and will collect the couch to check what is wrong with it,I was willing to put more money to get a different one as I didn't want the same one because of being afraid it will do the same thing,after 2 months till date I have been given the run around by the manufacturer and the shop itself,...this is utter ******* and disgusting, I am angry....this shop needs to be closed,totally shut down!!!! It is people's hard earned money,time and energy they are messing with!

Reading all these reviews now I am very shocked ,didn't such a huge name can give such **** service, the warehouse ladies working there are a bunch of rude,u professional bunch...how does a country succeed with such incompetence????
