I purchased couches in February 2025 and they're already making squeaky creaking sounds,the cushions have lost shapes already

I purchased couches in February 2025 and they're already making squeaky creaking sounds,the cushions have lost shapes already.also when sitting on them they sagging..I reported the matter with them and that I want my money back,apparently they said there's a factory faulty with the couches,till to date I haven't got my money back
