I need my Couch sorted ***

I need my couch exchanged. The quality is not good at all. The couch I bought in March 2022 looks like a rag. The bottom hessian cover came all lose and is making my house dirty. Someone needs to please take responsibility. If I do not get any response within 7 days from them I am going to carry the couch directly to their shop
