I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE SERVICES BY THE MANAGER

I am highly disappointed at the above mentioned store i called him today, August 15,2015 enguiring about the handle of the sofa i bought. i have asked him to speak to the sales person and call me back to comfirm with me so i can come and fetch it, the guy was rude he told me there is no point in calling me back. And when i came back to the store reporting the missing item he said i must go back to check from those plastic to check for it there.
